SAP FI Functional Consultant

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on SAP implementation and support experience. The consultant will participate in a large-scale legacy ERP to SAP ECC 6.0 transformation program, working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams and system integrators. Candidates with prior IFS ERP to SAP migration experience are highly preferred. Automotive manufacturing experience is considered a strong advantage.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\nLead SAP FI solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
\nFacilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.
\nPerform fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP standard solutions.
\nPrepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
\nSupport data cleansing, mapping, migration validation and reconciliation.
\nCoordinate unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect management.
\nSupport cutover planning, hypercare and knowledge transfer.
\nEnsure integration with other SAP modules.
\nCreate functional documentation, SOPs and training materials.
\nProvide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
\n \nModule Expertise
\nGeneral Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax and Financial Closing.
\n \nRequired Qualifications
\n8–10 years of SAP functional consulting experience.
\nMinimum two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
\nExperience with legacy ERP to SAP migration projects.
\nStrong experience in business process mapping and solution design.
\nExcellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
\nExperience supporting data migration, cutover and hypercare.
\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\nIFS ERP to SAP migration experience.
\nAutomotive manufacturing industry experience.
\nSAP ECC 6.0 experience; S/4HANA exposure is beneficial.
\nSAP certification is an advantage.
