Kumo Cloud Solutions is seeking an organized, proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales team, assist customers, and help execute digital marketing campaigns. This role combines customer interaction, proposal preparation, opportunity management, and hands-on marketing.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities and has experience in both sales support and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and emails, provide product and service information, and coordinate support requests.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Manage sales opportunities in our CRM, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers, schedule appointments, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on pricing, orders, and customer requests.
• Assist with managing and optimizing Google Ads PPC campaigns.
• Create and schedule social media content and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a marketing calendar and coordinate promotions, vendor initiatives, and events.
• Track campaign performance and help improve lead generation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of combined experience in sales support, customer service, and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads PPC campaigns.
• Experience preparing quotes or proposals and managing sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems.
• Experience with social media content creation and email marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable answering customer calls and making outbound follow-up calls.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with a positive, professional attitude.

Preferred: Experience in IT or telecommunications, basic SEO knowledge, and familiarity with Canva and AI tools for content creation.
