In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and preparing a range of dishes, including individual orders or banquet services for group of 200+. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and a strong leader. Responsibilities: * Oversee kitchen operations * Supervise and coordinate food preparation and presentation * Hire, train, and lead kitchen staff * Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and within budget * Follow all food safety rules and regulations * Establish goals and KPIs Qualifications : * High school diploma/GED * Extensive previous culinary experience * ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification * Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes * Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure * Excellent management and leadership skills Company Description WhirlyBall Twin Cities is a unique entertainment destination that combines fun, food, and drinks for customers of all ages.
