Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, executive recruiting, or search‑agency functions. Experience in sourcing, networking, talent screening, process facilitation, negotiation and candidate management. Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage executive‑level audiences. Ability to support recruitment across multiple functions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
