Digital Marketing Project Coordinator (Project-based)

About the Opportunity Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to support a high-profile ecommerce and digital marketing project for a leading consumer electronics company. This role will focus on coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting campaign execution, tracking project deliverables, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time and according to business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is employed directly by Pasona N A, Inc. and assigned to support a client project. Employment Type Pasona N A, Inc. Employee Project-based assignment 30-40 hours work/week Expected duration: 12 months (subject to business needs and possible extension) Benefits eligible Key Responsibilities Coordinate digital marketing and ecommerce projects Track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones Support campaign execution and content development efforts Coordinate activities across Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Management, Creative teams, and external agencies Assist with product launch initiatives Manage project documentation and status updates Support ongoing operational and administrative activities Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, marketing operations, or ecommerce support Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Experience with Shopify, content management systems, project management tools, or ecommerce environments is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Preferred Background Marketing Coordinator Digital Marketing Coordinator Marketing Specialist Ecommerce Coordinator Project Coordinator Marketing Operations Specialist #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona NA
