Our client is seeking a Sales Support Representative II to provide exceptional support to customers and internal commercial teams. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer order fulfillment while partnering with laboratory scientists, marketing, sales, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience supporting scientific products or laboratory environments, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

• Coordinate with laboratory scientists, marketing, order fulfillment, shipping, sales, and customer service teams to meet customer needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer order fulfillment, including:
• • Sales support
  • Technical support
  • Sales quote creation and follow-up
  • Customer service
  • CRM data entry
  • Pre- and post-sales marketing activities
• Enter, approve, and maintain customer information within ERP (Sage) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
• Support domestic customers, international distributors, and global commercial teams.
• Manage sales leads, perform follow-up activities, and assist with opportunity closure.
• Participate in business process improvement initiatives and help drive organizational change.
• Perform all work onsite in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Laboratory experience and/or experience supporting scientific products, laboratory instrumentation, or consumables preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate scientific applications, laboratory workflows, and technical product information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Salesforce, Sage, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Customer support in a scientific, laboratory, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.
• Experience working with sales support, order management, or commercial operations.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
