The Executive Secretary plays a crucial role in supporting a single executive by managing administrative tasks that enable efficient day-to-day operations. This position involves handling calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining confidentiality while providing comprehensive office support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the executive’s calendar efficiently
• Prepare and format documents and reports
• Coordinate meeting logistics and agendas
• Arrange travel plans and accommodations with occasional travel required
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Assist with Loan Creation and Management Processes
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in administrative support roles
• Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
