What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to patients in a 20-bed unit
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, adhering to facility protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies promptly
• Follow dress code requirements; personal scrubs of any color acceptable
• Comply with facility policies, including unit-specific procedures

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience
• BLS certification preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
