An elite New York law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Governance Associate to join their sophisticated corporate practice. This opportunity is ideally suited to a Lawyer from the 2020-2024 law school class years with strong experience advising public companies on corporate governance and securities matters.

The successful candidate will have experience advising public companies on corporate governance standards, governance matters in initial public offerings (IPOs) and securities regulation, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and demonstrate excellent legal writing, research and analytical skills, together with the ability to handle sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment.
