Corporate Governance Associate

Supporting corporate governance functions in a fully remote environment, the full-time Corporate Governance Associate will manage entity maintenance, corporate filings, and governance approvals while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with deadlines. Key responsibilities Maintain and update entity profiles, governance records, and organizational documents Coordinate and prepare corporate filings, approvals, and documentation for compliance Support governance projects, audits, and intellectual property administration Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business, finance, accounting, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered 2+ years of experience in corporate governance, entity management, or related administrative functions Experience with maintaining entity records and preparing corporate filings Familiarity with Microsoft Office and entity-management platforms Paralegal or corporate-governance coursework or certification is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
