Robotics Account Manager

Summary The Engineered Systems team is responsible for identifying, scoping, negotiating, and ensuring execution of robotics and automation projects for LiftOne and BlueSkye. This role will support the development of a multiyear pipeline of large-scale automation projects, providing support to the Director, Engineering Solutions, and actively engaging with target systems accounts as a trusted partner in sales and delivery. Essential Functions Systems Account Management Build and maintain relationships with existing and target accounts. Regular touchpoints (phone, virtual meetings, site visits). Understand customers’ needs. Provide proactive solutions. Address concerns and provide ongoing recommendations for additional services. Customer Assessments (Data Collection) Assess specific needs of the customer and collect necessary data to generate a systems solution. Understand current operations. Identify pain points or inefficiencies. Strategize solutions and process improvements. Solution Proposals Work with solutions engineer to develop customized solution proposal. Determine system flow, product selection and cost savings/operational efficiency/safety measures. Customer Proposals Provide accurate proposals to the customer. Include process flows, pricing, implementation schedules, ROI calculations. Order Process Management Manage ordering process, submit orders to sales support. Manage vendor quotes and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. Handle change orders. Systems Delivery Engage in delivery of installations and implementation to customer satisfaction. Participate in site acceptance testing with project management to certify criteria. Systems Aftermarket Support Work with local branch to develop aftermarket strategy during sales process. Create customized site aftermarket plan including parts and service support for transition to operations team. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications BS in engineering or similar field preferred. Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, relationship development, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to present at seniormost level. Team player comfortable with diverse cultural backgrounds; cross-border/virtual team environment. Willingness to embrace change and keep an open mind. Travel up to 75%.
