Job Overview Class A CDL Truck Driver – Home weekly on a dedicated account running IL, WI, IN and MI. Full‑time position. Annual pay $75,000–100,000 depending on experience and performance, with full benefits and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Drivers may bring a rider and a pet. Compensation Pay starts at $0.82–$0.85 CPM. $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload. Drivers are home weekly for a minimum of their 34 hours. Sign‑on bonus $2,500 paid as follows: $250 after the first load and at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days. Benefits Full benefits begin after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), one week PTO first year and more. Pet and rider allowed after training completion. Training Tractors are assigned after completing a 2‑day ride‑along with a current driver. Training is paid at $150 per day and takes 2 days. Job Requirements Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (excludes trainer/school time). No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No major moving violations in the last 12 months. No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (including injury, jack‑knife or rollover). No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years. Total of no more than three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years. No more than 3 jobs in the last year. If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered. Drivers must complete a DOT drug and alcohol test and must not have ever failed or refused a test. Important Notes 100% driver unload – drivers place boxes on the conveyor belt; boxes are stored by store personnel. Driver does not perform any unloading from the conveyor belt.
