Class A CDL Truck Driver Home Weekly 75K-100K /1st Yr

Class A CDL Truck Driver Full‑time dedicated account drivers get home weekly, primarily operating in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. Annual pay ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 based on experience and performance, with full benefits and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus . Riders and pets may accompany you once training completes. Training: Two paid days at $150 per day. After training, drivers are assigned to tractors. Pay structure: $0.82–$0.85 CPM, $25 per stop, and $245 per trailer unload. Sign‑on bonus is paid at $250 after the first load and at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days. Responsibilities 100% driver unload: Place boxes on the conveyor belt; box storage is handled by store personnel. You do not unload from the conveyor belt. Qualifications Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; trainer/school time excluded) No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years No major moving violations in the last 12 months No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (includes injury, jack‑knife, or rollover) No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years Total of no more than three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years No more than three jobs in the last year If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered Additional Requirements Must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test; a SAP program is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
