Probate Associate Attorney

As our firm grows, we invite you to join as a Junior Probate Attorney. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage probate and guardianship/conservatorship matters from opening through resolution, and build a long‑term career in probate and estate administration. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of contested and complex probate, guardianship, and conservatorship cases. Conduct client consultations and strategy meetings. Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, empathy, and responsiveness. Draft, review, and file probate pleadings, petitions, motions, and related legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and litigation as needed. Oversee case progression to ensure matters move efficiently and deadlines are met. Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to provide an exceptional client experience. Assist with accounts‑receivable collections and client account management as needed. Provide proactive updates and guidance to clients throughout their legal journey.
