Operations Specialist

Location: Remote (PST Hours)

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $125.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary (~1 year, 07/14/2026 – 07/14/2027); potential to extend or convert to FT

Schedule: PST preferred; flexibility for extended/overtime hours required

Job Summary

• Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leaders
• Manages complex calendars, inboxes, and communications with high attention to detail
• Coordinates travel, logistics, and event planning in partnership with internal teams
• Builds and maintains organizational systems to track and prioritize inbound requests
• Serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Supports ad-hoc projects requiring independent problem-solving and proactive follow-through
• Operates effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives
• Experience in data center construction, infrastructure, research operations, or adjacent technical environments
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience owning or leading a product launch from planning through execution
• Comfortable making independent decisions and driving work forward with minimal oversight
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack
• Background at medium-sized companies preferred; prior executive support experience a plus
