Job Overview
The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a core strategic role within the companys management team, responsible for overall business development, market growth strategy, and innovation direction. This role directly drives the companys long‑term growth in the financial and digital asset sectors, builds a global business footprint, explores new revenue streams, and creates an efficient, robust, and sustainable growth engine.

He/She will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to ensure the companys business strategy, investment strategy, and market trends are highly aligned, creating sustainable value for shareholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute the companys overall development strategy and market expansion plan, driving the launch of new businesses and markets.

Lead strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions integration, investment evaluation, and new product incubation.

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial market trends, competitive landscape, and policy dynamics to ensure the forward‑looking nature of the companys strategic decisions.

Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and investment management team to drive capital operations and optimize resource allocation.

Establish and maintain high‑level relationships with key clients, partners, institutional investors, and regulatory authorities.

Guide the marketing, sales, and product teams to collaboratively execute growth targets and ensure strategic implementation.

Represent the company at important industry conferences, forums, and cooperation negotiations to enhance brand influence and market position.

Job Requirements

Masters degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Over 10 years of senior management experience in finance, asset management, investment banking, or fintech.

Exceptional strategic planning, capital operation, and team leadership skills.

Familiarity with cross‑border investment, digital assets, derivatives markets, or innovative financial businesses is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills and an international perspective; able to lead a team in a multicultural environment.

Strong goal‑oriented mindset and innovative spirit; able to drive results in a rapidly changing market environment.
