You’ll be working with a diverse caseload of kindergarten school students, providing targeted support within resource rooms, small group settings, and inclusive classrooms. The role extends through May 27, 2027, providing stability and the chance to truly connect with your students.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active and valid Ohio certificate/license in Education of the Handicapped K-12 or Intervention Specialist K-12 (Moderate/Intensive or Mild/Moderate).
• Experience supporting students with multiple disabilities.
• Skill in working within resource rooms, small group tutoring, and inclusion models.
• Strong collaboration abilities with peers and staff members.
• Proven ability to effectively access and write IEPs.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and accessible learning environment for diverse student populations.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver quality instruction tailored to each student’s learning needs.
• Utilize various teaching strategies to promote success in resource, small group, and inclusive settings.
• Develop and implement effective IEPs.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and service providers for holistic student support.
• Monitor and document students’ progress, making adjustments as needed to drive improvement.
• Support each learner’s academic and social growth throughout the school year.
