Field Sales Representative

Hanes Companies, in Grapevine, TX, is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join their team. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
• Able to operate office equipment. 
• Must have cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others. 
• Good communication skills (verbal & written). 
• Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions. 
• Four (4) year degree or equivalent work experience. 
• Highly motivated/self starter. 
• Commitment to Management System and Continuous Improvement process. 

PRIMARY DUTIES: 
The primary duties of the employee are (but are not limited to) the following: 

• All employees have the responsibility to identify and stop further processing of non
conformances and take action to prevent non-conformances related to products produced, 
processes, services provided or the Quality/Environmental Management System.   
• All employees have the responsibility to bring forth suggestions and participate in continuous 
improvement process and verify the implementation of solutions.  
• Conform to all quality/safety/environmental requirements and procedures. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships at assigned accounts. 
• Introduce new products to assigned accounts. 
• Maintain and grow business in assigned territory by sampling, quoting, problems solving, and 
making sales presentations. 
• Gather competitive information from the field and communicate it back to Hanes’ 
management. 
• Achieve sales budget at assigned accounts. 
• Participate in the continuous quality process. 
• Conform to all quality/safety requirements and procedures. 
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.
