You don't need staffing experience.

You don't even necessarily need traditional sales experience.

We're looking for someone who is naturally great with people, isn't afraid to walk up to a complete stranger and start a conversation, likes to compete and wants the opportunity to make more money based on how well they perform.

Maybe you're a bartender or server who can work a room and build rapport with just about anybody.

Maybe you've sold cars, cell phones, furniture, gym memberships or apartments.

Maybe you're already in sales and know you're capable of more.

We can teach you the staffing business. We can't teach hunger, personality, work ethic or the willingness to hear "no" and keep going.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is an outside sales position , not a sit-behind-a-desk-and-send-emails-all-day sales job.

You'll spend a lot of your time out in Coppell, Irving, Carrollton, Farmers Branch and Addison meeting businesses, walking through doors, introducing yourself to decision makers and developing relationships.

You'll prospect for new clients, make cold calls, visit businesses in person, schedule meetings, follow up consistently and work with our team to turn those relationships into long-term clients.

Some people will tell you no.

Some won't call you back.

Some will already have a staffing company.

Your job is to keep going, keep following up and be there when the opportunity finally opens.

Who I'm Looking For

I'm much more interested in who you are than whether your résumé says "outside sales."

You should be:

• Comfortable talking to people you've never met
• Naturally outgoing and good at building relationships
• Competitive and motivated by making money
• Persistent when people don't respond
• Organized enough to keep track of prospects and follow-up
• Comfortable being held accountable for sales activity and results
• Willing to get out from behind the desk and walk through doors
• Humble enough to learn and hungry enough to get better
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and businesses succeed

Compensation

$50,000 annual base salary + uncapped commission

The base gives you stability while you learn the business and build your territory. The commission gives you the opportunity to earn more as the business you develop grows.
