As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will determine the scope of work to aid homeowners in their time of need and secure their 'Yes' to engage with the most well recognized and respected restoration company in Texas (>3,000 homeowner reviews averaging 4.8 stars across all of our locations). This position requires no cold calling or door to door sales, instead relying on your rapport building techniques and genuine empathy to complete the "one visit close" and begin the homeowner's journey to restoring their home to pre-loss condition. Responsibilities: Provide solutions to homeowners in their time of needby quickly building trust, showing empathy, and explaining Dry Force's capabilities Evaluate nature of loss and prepare proposed job scope using moisture meters and other company-provided technology Prepare proposed engagement for homeowner, secure work authorization, and coach homeowner through payment options (including Dry Force's experience working with all major carriers) while onsite Stabilize moisture content of affected areas by beginning the drying process and setting homeowner expectations for subsequent work Communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriersProcess all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner Qualifications: You are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process (with 3+ years of outside selling experience) You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships You have strong communications skills – interpersonal, written, presenting You can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups Given the nature of water mitigation services, you should be comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics You should be comfortable working with computers, mobile devices (i.e. tablets) and documenting details of a job using electronic devices You have a valid driver's licenseand successfully clear a background/drug test You must be able to work overtime as needed, some holidays, and weather-related surge events Competitive compensation plan including base salary, monthly commissions, and quarterly bonuses Access to Dry Force signature Outside Sales training curriculum Medical coverage for employees covered 100% Dental, Vision Insurance, PTO, and 401k match (vesting after only 90 days) Life Insurance covered 100% by the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Highground
