Gold Coast JCB is an authorized dealer for JCB construction equipment including compact track loaders, skid steer loaders, rough terrain forklifts, backhoes, wheel loaders, excavators, telehandlers, aerial equipment, among others.

Gold Coast JCB currently has an opening for a Territory Sales Representative to support our machine sales coverage. This position is responsible for providing exemplary customer satisfaction to assigned accounts through the sale and promotion of products and services offered by Gold Coast JCB. From the field, the Territory Sales Representative will serve as the primary liaison between Gold Coast JCB and the customer.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations and preparing quotes.
• Build relationships with customers quickly and in a mutually beneficial manner.
• Listen to and engage every customer to obtain sufficient information to correctly determine or confirm his/her requests.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, availability, product uses and rental policies.
• Fulfill requests promptly and accurately, in line with company procedures.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address and payment method. Enter orders into database.
• Create quotations and maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.
• Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
• Knowledge of products to troubleshoot machine issues over the phone.
• Ensure showroom, equipment, displays, counters, and signs are clean, well-stocked, orderly and attractive.
• Aid in the schedule and dispatch of deliveries.
• Work with team members to ensure high-quality work and the best possible customer experience
• Maintain CRM database, knowledge of Sales Force a plus
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years specific industry experience desired or an equivalent college degree.
• 5+ years sales experience in a dealership or rental company environment to include heavy customer contact and negotiation.
• Must posses a valid and active Florida driver's license, appropriate to the position and type of vehicle required for the position.
• Prior territory management experience preferred.
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

• Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.
