DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE – COMMERCIAL PLAYGROUND & OUTDOOR FITNESS

Base Salary: $60,000 + Guaranteed Commission
OTE: $110,000+ | Uncapped Commission

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, an international leader in commercial playground and outdoor fitness equipment, is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to develop and grow an assigned territory.

This is a consultative B2B sales role where you'll manage projects ranging from $10K to $1M+ , working with schools, municipalities, parks, landscape architects, contractors, developers, and other community organizations.

It's a strong fit for a self-motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing longer sales cycles from initial conversation through installation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect, network, and develop new business throughout your territory.
• Sell commercial playground and outdoor fitness solutions to schools, municipalities, parks & recreation departments, contractors, developers, and other organizations.
• Manage your territory independently from a home office while regularly meeting customers in the field.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and lunch-and-learns.
• Work with an internal design team to prepare proposals and preliminary project designs.
• Manage opportunities ranging from $10,000 to $1M+ .
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial consultation through installation and post-sale support.
• Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Consistently work toward and exceed territory sales goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Outside B2B sales experience required.
• Experience with consultative or solution-based selling preferred.
• Strong prospecting and new business development skills.
• Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple projects simultaneously .
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory from a home office.
• CRM experience, including Salesforce or similar platforms, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory required.
