Warehouse Manager

In this critical role, you will ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of components, raw materials, and finished products.

salary: $65,000 - $68,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, and monitor the performance and progress of the warehouse workforce.

• Organize and encourage teamwork to ensure daily productivity targets are consistently met.

• Coordinate daily workforce activities for loading, unloading, and arranging materials.

• Oversee stock control, order processing, and dispose of obsolete materials as directed.

• Produce regular operational reports and statistics (daily, weekly, monthly) and supply monthly physical inventories to customers.

• Manage the use, care, and maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment.

• Step in to operate a forklift when necessary or act as a backup for the Traffic Coordinator role.

• Take responsibility for the security of employees, stock, and the building.

• Review and properly fill out documentation per the Documentation SOP, and communicate any quality issues to the management team.

• Manage all plant pest control activities.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• working weekends
