Are you a natural leader who loves keeping things moving, organized, and running like clockwork? We are looking for a high-energy Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse! You will oversee everything from receiving raw materials to shipping out finished products, all while leading an awesome team in a safe, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Manage, train, and motivate your warehouse crew. You’ll build great teamwork, handle daily staff needs, and make sure everyone hits their goals.

• Keep Things Moving: Coordinate the daily loading, unloading, and organizing of products. You'll also manage order processing and stock control.

• Safety & Quality First: Keep our workplace safe and clean! You will make sure all safety rules are followed and that paperwork and quality standards are always spot-on.

• Track & Report: Keep inventory accurate, jump on a forklift when needed, handle plant pest control, and create regular reports to keep management in the loop.

• Be a Team Player: Step in as a backup for the Traffic Coordinator and handle special projects as they come up.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: A Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or purchasing.

• Skills: Proficient with computers (spreadsheets and typing) and blessed with excellent communication skills. Forklift experience is a big plus!

• Professionalism: This is a high-pressure, rewarding role. You must stay cool, calm, and professional with customers, vendors, and teammates at all times.

Working Conditions

• On the Move: You will be walking around the facility about 80% of the day, standing often, and doing some lifitng ( up to 50lbs ).

• Communication: You’ll be talking and listening 98% of the time to keep the team aligned.

• The Environment: You’ll split time between a quiet office (working on computer screens) and the warehouse floor, which can get noisy and dusty. Standard safety gear is required.

Responsibilities

As a key leader on our team, you’ll be the driving force behind a safe, fast-paced, and top-quality warehouse operation! Your main mission will be to motivate and coach your crew to hit daily goals while making sure everything—from loading and unloading to order processing—runs like clockwork. You will balance team leadership with hands-on work, which includes managing inventory, keeping an eye on facility care and pest control, and jumping on a forklift whenever needed. You’ll also keep the management team in the loop with regular updates, handle paperwork accurately, step in as a backup for the Traffic Coordinator, and tackle special projects to keep the business moving forward.
