Field Reimbursement Manager

Responsibilities Play a critical role in optimizing access to Genentech products by addressing reimbursement barriers. Develop reimbursement strategies and collaborate with internal teams to ensure drug accessibility. Serve as a liaison between Field and Home Office functions. Train case managers and TAMs, addressing non-patient identifiable issues. Utilize deep understanding of the ecosystem and reimbursement landscape to enhance customer and patient experience. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other related graduate degree preferred. 8 or more years cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences (pharma or biotechnology) or related industry. A minimum of 5 or more years’ direct experience with managed care and reimbursement is required. Excellent working knowledge of reimbursement and practice management environment. Previous experience with both private & public payers is strongly preferred. Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding goals and objectives. Understanding of external laws, codes and company policies that apply to the healthcare industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
