In this role, you will receive incoming leads and build relationships with clients interested in Green Clean Commercial's services. We offer a competitive pay package with a base salary included and welcome meeting qualified candidates ASAP!Compensation and Benefits:Annual Starting Base Salary of $50,000.00 based on experience and applicable technical skills - Plus an aggressive Commission PlanHours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but extra hours and travel may be necessary for each customer's needs.Company Credit Card issued for vehicle fuel-related to business and approved business purchasesStandard Vacation package & most Federal holidays observedHealth, Medical & Dental Benefits (after 90 days)401K (after 90 days)Responsibilities:Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionAttend and confirm appointments through incoming leads systemsConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsCRM & Email Automation ManagementPromote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectivesPrepare sales proposals and ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesMaintain and keep organized records of web-based proposal databaseProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry level staff into valuable salespeople (future responsibility possibility)Job Requirements:1 year business-to-business sales experience preferred (but not required)1 year janitorial service sales experience preferred (but not required)Must have experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)Valid Driver's LicenseClean Background CheckStrong have strong math & organizational / multi-tasking skillsExcellent computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook Apps and web-based softwareMust be able to travel 20% as business requiresTo learn more about us, check out our website at or contact Human Resources directly at View phone number on ziprecruiter.com.Go Green...Grow with Us!Green Clean Commercial is a proud employer of U.S. Military Servicemen and Servicewomen!Green Clean Commercial is an Equal Opportunity Employer
