Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems such as Quantum. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external vendors. Prior experience supporting audit processes and financial reporting. Responsibilities Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Maintain and update accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are properly documented. Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations to support accounting and auditing activities. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing. Support month‑end and year‑end closing procedures by compiling necessary documentation and assisting with audit preparations. Manage filing systems and maintain organized records of financial documents and correspondence. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and communication to support the accounting team.
