MyOutDesk is hiring on behalf of Ramsey Real Estate Corporation (RREDC)

 

RREDC is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects. The role serves as the central point of accountability for budgets, schedules, permitting, insurance compliance, vendor management, subcontractor performance, and reporting, and includes weekly coordination with the Chief Executive Officer to review timelines, budgets, permitting, and overall execution strategy.

• Pre-construction planning and bidding processes are executed effectively to establish accurate scope, pricing and risk controls to deliver profitability
• Projects delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with contract documents and regulatory standards.
• Construction teams are aligned, disciplined, and accountable, executing work at the highest quality standards.
• Executive leadership receives clear, concise, proactive updates, enabling confident decision-making with no surprises on timelines or budgets.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Project Planning & Construction Oversight

• Lead planning, sequencing, and execution of multiple projects running concurrently
• Provide hands-on supervision of field operations, enforcing adherence to construction timeline, quality standards, and safety
• Optimize resource allocation and workflow across concurrent projects, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality
• Conduct site inspections, progress assessments, and quality control reviews, ensuring compliance with permits and regulations
• Drive high-performing construction teams with clear expectations for performance, quality, and safety

 

Budget & Cost Management

• Develop, track, and manage project budgets—including labor, materials, and contingencies—with disciplined financial oversight
• Lead the RFP process, evaluate subcontractor bids, and negotiate agreements to achieve optimal cost and value outcomes
• Approve invoices with accuracy and supporting documentation; proactively identify cost risks and implement mitigation strategies

 

Reporting & Risk Management

• Conduct weekly meetings with the senior leadership to review budgets, and provide actionable updates in project status, budgets, permitting and risk
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RFPs, and progress reports, ensuring transparency and accountability
  Identify potential schedule, budget, or operational risks and implement corrective actions before they impact project outcomes

 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or field supervision, with a proven record of delivering complex, multi-project programs
• Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and permitting processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead diverse construction teams with authority and influence
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives
• Strategic thinker capable of balancing high-level planning with hands-on operational execution
