Position Summary
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while coordinating patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and supporting daily front office operations for both our Women's Healthcare Clinics and MedSpa.

Essential Responsibilities
- Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
- Create a caring, supportive, and positive experience for every patient and visitor.
- Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
- Schedule appointments, recalls, and follow-up visits.
- Collect copayments, balances, cosmetic service payments, and retail purchases.
- Support MedSpa patients by scheduling services, processing retail sales, and promoting a luxury customer experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record and practice management system.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures while maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Protect patient privacy by following HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Work collaboratively with providers and teammates to support patient care across all WSNM locations.
- Participate in cross-training and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Travel to other locations as needed.

Requirements:Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in a medical office, healthcare, hospitality, retail, MedSpa, or customer service setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn electronic medical records.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Preferred
- Previous OB/GYN, specialty medical practice, or MedSpa experience.
- Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and patient collections.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
