(Clarkston, MI) The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24-hour operation, ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care as needed, utilizing the latest technology and working as part of a strong interdisciplinary team. You will earn: Starting wages: $88,000–$90,000 per year. PLUS $10,000 Sign On Bonus. Set schedules – choose between available shifts: 8 am–4 pm or 1 pm–9:30 pm. On‑call responsibilities included as part of a rotation. How you will help people every day: Supervise the nursing team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care. Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and act as a resource person for clinical issues. Ensure completion of requested reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.). Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment. What you will need to be part of our EPIC team: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience. Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan (RN) and current CPR‑BLS certification. High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
