Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the Nurse Aide team – give direction and assignments, provide training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors; foster a positive, healthy healing environment. Qualifications Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification. Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher. Analytical skills to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to challenging problems concerning patient well‑being.
