Head of Tax

Leading the global tax function, the full-time Head of Tax will manage tax strategy, compliance, and reporting while collaborating with various departments in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Own the company's global tax function, including strategy, governance, compliance, and planning Manage U.S. federal, state, and international income tax compliance, including foreign reporting requirements Develop and maintain scalable tax processes, internal controls, and documentation to support growth Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or Master's in Taxation strongly preferred 8-10+ years of relevant tax experience, ideally in both public accounting and in-house corporate tax roles Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state taxation, with experience in managing international tax matters Experience overseeing tax matters across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions Demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable tax policies and processes
