Business Analyst IVThe client is seeking a Business Analyst IV to analyze business, gather functional requirements and identify opportunities leveraging new processes, technologies and data. The candidate works directly with internal customers to understand the business environment and needs. The candidate also identifies relevant design, process and specification issue. The candidate must be able to retrieve and manipulate data.Job ResponsibilitiesWork with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies and product roadmap, liaising business and technical teams.Analyze multifamily loan data, property financials and external data to create or enhance methodologies and models.Gather requirements from business units and translates those into stories and features.Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.Collaborate with peers, be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Agile methodology.Knowledge of Tableau.Knowledge of SQL, R or Python.Ability to work independently and manage ones time.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.8-10 years of experience required.Experience writing and grooming features and stories in Agile environment required.Financial services industry, financial analysis or fintech experience required.Experience in multifamily credit or asset management desired.
