FLSA Status: Exempt Base Wage: $100,000/yr. Potential Compensation with bonus and/or commission: $100,000 – $200,000/yr. What To Expect: As a Finance Manager for West Herr, you’ll work to ensure the delivery of every vehicle sold as quickly as possible, while selling need‑based products and facilitating financing. Overall, you’re responsible for enhancing customer experiences to ensure retention and loyalty.
