About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing and scaling the business, with a strong focus on operations, strategy, and growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's continued success and expansion, particularly in the context of providing innovative experiences for young adults in a socially Jewish setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar capacity, with the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks and lead a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Key responsibilities for the COO include developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing the day-to-day activities of the business, and working closely with the executive team to drive the company's strategic vision.
