Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Recruiter to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Plano, TX. We work with companies that offer environments for our employees to contribute, learn, and advance their career. We treat you like you are part of the family.
Job Title: Recruiter
Work Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend
Education/Experience Required:
We are hiring a Recruiter to support growing recruiting demand across the business. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings
- Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy
- Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain accurate records and workflow in the ATS
- Support offer process and hiring decisions
- Help meet recruiting demand with speed, quality, and strong execution
Skills & Qualifications:
- Based in Texas
- Able to work in-office at least 3 days per week - Plano Office
- 35+ years of recruiting experience
- ATS experience required - iCIMS preferred
- AI experience a plus - ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc.
