Edenbrook Sheboygan , part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is looking for a Full-Time Certified Dietary Manager for our wonderful facility!

Position: Certified Dietary Manager

The successful candidate for the role of Certified Dietary Manager will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion, and a desire to provide the best of nutritious meals for our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily menu production, ensuring that menus and recipes are followed, with an understanding of meal presentation and palatability, as well as therapeutic and texture alterations.
• Manage staff in the kitchen environment
• Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
• procuring food and supplies
• Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas

Job Requirements:

• Customer service orientated
• Certified as a Dietary Manager
• Experienced in long-term care preferred
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
