We are currently hiring for a Compensation & Total Rewards Lead opportunity. This is a hybrid contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and strong potential for extension. Duration: 6+ Months to begin Rate: $56/hr Work Type: Hybrid Locations: New York, NY | Atlanta, GA | Boston, MA | Chicago, IL | Dallas, TX | Detroit, MI | Houston, TX Role Overview The selected candidate will lead compensation benchmarking and total rewards analysis across the US and Canada, primarily focused on actuarial consulting environments including Life, P&C, and Health practices. The role involves market analysis, salary framework development, internal compensation review, and executive-level reporting. Key Responsibilities Conduct market benchmarking for salary, bonus, and total rewards Analyze compensation trends tied to actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, exams) Develop salary ranges and compensation frameworks Review internal compensation data and identify equity/compression issues Evaluate benefits, incentives, and exam support programs Present recommendations and reporting to HR leadership Required Experience 5+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, HR Finance, or related fields Strong experience with compensation benchmarking and survey data Experience in actuarial, insurance, consulting, or professional services environments Familiarity with actuarial career progression and credentials (ASA/FSA) Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, modeling, and large dataset analysis Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr USK Technologies
