Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy for clients experiencing mental health and substance use issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Manage a caseload of clients, conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and coordinate care with other professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Utilize our billing service to handle claims processing, eligibility verification, and payment plans efficiently, allowing you to focus more on client care.

• Participate in team meetings, case evaluations, and peer discussions to foster a shared learning environment and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse array of clients, including youth, adults, and families who are in need of outpatient counseling services for mental health and substance use issues. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, addressing complex clinical presentations and fostering recovery through understanding and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related behavioral healthcare field.

• A valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of California.

• At least two years of paid full-time experience in chemical dependency or mental health treatment, with demonstrated effectiveness in client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
