Key Responsibilities\n

• Document client progress and interactions accurately, ensuring compliance with electronic medical records (EMR) standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on sub-clinical cases, helping individuals navigate everyday stressors, personal relationships, and career challenges. Clients may seek your expertise for short-term support aimed at enhancing their emotional resilience and coping mechanisms. Through virtual interactions, you will build rapport and foster a safe environment for open dialogue, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and feelings effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure/certification in your state (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in counseling individuals facing emotional or psychological challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
