Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, addressing a diverse range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to ensure they align with clients' evolving needs and progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to adhere to compliance standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to offer holistic care, referring clients to additional services when necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.

• Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
