Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, ensuring ongoing evaluation and adjustment of strategies as needed.

• Support clients during crisis situations by employing effective crisis intervention techniques to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and securely using designated electronic health record (EHR) systems, in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California, or eligibility for licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services to clients, demonstrating a solid understanding of different counseling modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
