Our remote work culture enables Mental Health Counselors to connect with clients through teletherapy, ensuring accessible mental health services. Our typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for both structure and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs, utilizing standardized tools and professional insight.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with individual client goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on progress.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
