Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to formulate personalized treatment strategies.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to clients' specific challenges, incorporating behavioral, cognitive, and other therapeutic modalities to foster growth and recovery.

  Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their emotions and develop coping skills.

  Ensure effective collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to create a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

  Provide family education and support, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and encouraging active participation in the recovery process.

  Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to protect patient privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, who are facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your approach will be centered on empathy, understanding, and respect for each individual's unique circumstances and background.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  Must possess a valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

  Demonstrated training and substantial experience in mental health counseling, with a clear understanding of therapeutic methodologies.

  Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, enabled by a strong rapport with clients and the ability to motivate them through their challenges.

  Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications for efficient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
