T5 Program Summary: The Federal Aviation Administration awarded the Technical Support Services Contract 5, T5, to Parsons in April 2023. Parsons is the prime contractor. This $1.8+ billion contract has a 4-year base period with two 3-year options. Monitor field execution progress against approved schedules, scopes of work, technical requirements, safety requirements, quality expectations, and customer commitments. Review engineering drawings, installation packages, scopes of work, site documentation, and other technical materials to confirm installation clarity and execution readiness. Develop or support project‑specific execution plans, implementation plans, staffing plans, site readiness plans, and installation approaches. Interface with internal program teams, project managers, engineers, FAA stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to determine the most effective approach for field project delivery.
