Standard Hours: 0.01 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details Speech Language Pathologist to treat infants in the Special Care Nursery on an as needed basis - no set schedule or hours for this position. Job Summary This position is for a SLP with the skillset to treat infants in a special care nursery on an as needed basis. FWBH is opening a Level 2 Special Care Nursery. Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting care and treatment programs. Participate in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required. State of Wisconsin license in Speech‑Language Pathology is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.) as awarded by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association is required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
