Senior Pastor

The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary preaching pastor and spiritual leader of Trinity Church, providing biblical leadership, doctrinal clarity, and strategic direction in partnership with the elders and pastoral staff.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000

Housing Allowance:

–  A tax-exempt housing allowance is included in the total compensation package

–  Allocation is determined by the Senior Pastor

Minimum Qualifications:

– Be a man who meets the biblical qualifications for elder leadership as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1

–  Demonstrate biblical, servant-hearted leadership

–  Have a proven reputation for leading his household well

– Be a spiritually mature believer with evident Christlike character

– Hold, or be actively pursuing, an M.Div. or higher

– Be firmly committed to expository preaching as the primary means of proclaiming God’s Word

– Uphold the centrality and sufficiency of Scripture

– Hold a complementarian view of men and women and a biblical understanding of sexuality

– Affirm marriage as defined in Genesis 1 between one man and one woman

– Demonstrate a Christ-centered, gospel-focused ministry in both doctrine and practice

– Possess a minimum of five years of ministry leadership experience

Expectations and Key Responsibilities:

– Serve as the primary preaching pastor

– Provide doctrinal leadership and theological clarity

– Maintain clear, open, and gracious communication with staff, elders, and church members

– Collaborate closely with elders, associate pastors, and church staff

– Oversee church finances in partnership with the pastors, elders and finance team

– Equip, train, and develop leaders for classes, seminars, and ministry initiatives

– Develop and implement strategies for:

– Conducting community outreach and evangelism

– Assimilating individuals and families into Life Groups

– Equipping members for meaningful ministry involvement

– Lead efforts to identify, recruit, train, empower, and invest in current and future ministry leaders
