Title: Workers’ Compensation Attorney Location: Hybrid (Must reside in California) Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 Reports To: Managing Partner Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP is a cutting-edge law firm that provides high-quality litigation defense for the Workers’ Compensation industry. The firm publishes the highly respected Sullivan on Comp legal treatise and conducts live training seminars and webinars. It has grown rapidly since its inception in 1996. We are seeking a forward-thinking Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. The attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The role involves appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings, often in a hybrid environment with some travel required.
