Position Summary: The Field Support Associate (Floater) is a highly adaptable operational professional responsible for providing on-site coverage and project support across multiple client locations within the assigned region. This role ensures business continuity during employee absences, vacations, and other types of PTO, while also supporting special projects, operational transitions, service enhancements, and new site launches. The FSA must be flexible, customer focused, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly integrating into diverse site environments while maintaining high service standards. Travel within the designated service area is required.

Responsibilities:
• Perform a wide variety of duties such as but not limited to; sorting and delivering mail, shipping, meeting/event set up
and support services, reception services, stocking and maintaining of various supplies.
• Cross training on other roles within departments & clients.
• Ability to travel and provide support to all assigned work locations
• Always provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all safety procedures are always followed.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Able to communicate effectively with different types of people throughout all levels.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Can work successfully individually or in a team environment.
• Possesses a "can do" attitude at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience.
• 1 to 2 years' experience in a corporate front desk or reception environment preferred.
• Valid driver's license /or must have reliable transportation.
• Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.
• Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point a plus.
