What We're Looking For We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales Operations professional to serve as a strategic partner to our sales leadership. In this critical role, you will be the engine driving operational excellence, forecast accuracy, and the adoption of cutting‑edge technology to empower our high‑performing sales organization. As a trusted advisor, you will embed yourself in the rhythm of the business, using data‑driven insights to guide strategy, improve processes, and ensure we meet our most important objectives. Responsibilities Interact, align, and support sales leadership up through VP level; act as trusted business advisor, track and report MBO metrics. Embed in operating rhythm, providing data‑driven guidance and driving continuous process improvement. Drive discipline and accuracy in pipeline management and forecasting to ensure clear visibility into business health and opportunities. Lead adoption of key sales initiatives and new technologies to optimize sales productivity and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support sales initiatives and directives. Collaborate with the Sales Governance around Salesforce.com, CRM/PRM, and cloud‑based tools, providing business solutions that enhance efficiency. Seek ways to utilize Salesforce.com platform and AI tools to improve processes, productivity, and scaling capability. Provide direction and support for user support/training, change control, interface design, data quality, requirements gathering, and reporting. Lead customization of fields, page layouts, record types, searches, list views, queues, reports, dashboards, and data management. Evaluate projects from concept to post‑go‑live support, gathering and aligning requirements for successful outcomes. Assist in development of technologies to create solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions. Provide input to technical requirements for sales tools and solutions, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third‑party applications, and AppExchange products. Guide regional administration of cloud‑based solutions like SFDC, meet overall objectives, and provide industry recommendations and guidance. Identify productivity gaps within sales tools and socialize solutions. Develop Lead to Closure Business Processes, support implementation and integration with super users and administration. Define, communicate, and maintain change‑management (release) process for new applications/code and updates to existing code. Support creation of business cases for new requests and implement best practices, identify development initiatives, and standardize adoption of all sales enablement tools. Provide technical leadership on user experience and design, setting best practices for integration, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations. Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Power‑BI, Gemini, and ERP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote in Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL. Preferred Qualifications Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting with strong prioritization skills. Proven track record of enhancing processes, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated experience presenting to senior leadership. Previous experience in software sales and/or revenue operations. Experience utilizing agentic AI to drive efficiencies. Background in data analytics. Experience with strategic planning. Compensation Pay Range: $86,080.00 - $129,120.00 per annum. Annual Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, an opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
